The food is fantastic. The boss is very nice. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. We were not there for the last time.

We hadn't made a reservation and still received a very friendly welcome. The house beer was delicious and so was the food, as you would expect home cooking. The schnitzel is of very good quality, the roulade is very tender and hearty and the Thuringian potato dumplings are really good. Service very attentive, if we come back we would definitely eat here again.

Unfortunately we were sent away with the statement that we had not made a reservation. Unfortunately, guests who came out told us that they hadn't made a reservation, but got a table without any problems. It's a shame we weren't welcome. The whole restaurant was also empty. Funny.

Very disappointing. Menu not special, as well as the food, bland and old-fashioned. Nothing more than any pub around the corner. "Beer garden" degenerated. Weeds everywhere, tables and chairs dirty and worn, cushions might have made it a little nicer. Definitely not a second time.

A great brewery in the middle of Weimar. In addition to selected types of beer, the menu offers the right dishes with regional characteristics. Tasty, sometimes hearty, as is typical for a brewery. The address is friendly, courteous and oriented towards the guest and his wishes. You can also sit outside in front of the inn.

As always, nice rustic and down-to-earth food. And the homemade beer is also very nice. So everything was done correctly. Hopefully again soon.

Very tasty, good atmosphere and friendly service

Perfect goulash with dumplings and red cabbage. Typical Thuringian cuisine in a rustic atmosphere. Therefore, necessarily come in and feast.

Great rustic eatery. Service and ambience great. Food and drinks good selection and delicious. Roulades and sausages were delicious. Although 2 larger tables were occupied, the condition was friendly and fast. We liked it very much. On the next visit to Weimar we will go back to dinner there.

Had a lovely inexpensive meal of ribs (german style)!
